Studio Lemon Insights
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. Who may use the service
The Studio Lemon Insights is a private client service for organizations that already work with Studio Lemon. It is not offered as a self-service product for external customers. You may use the dashboard only if Studio Lemon or your organization has invited you and your organization has an active agreement with Studio Lemon.
2. Relationship with your client agreement
These terms explain how the dashboard may be used. Your separate contract, proposal, data processing terms, or statement of work with Studio Lemon remains the main agreement for commercial terms, service scope, fees, confidentiality, data processing, and liability. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement between Studio Lemon and your organization, the signed agreement takes precedence.
3. What the dashboard does
The dashboard gives Studio Lemon clients a focused reporting workspace for website performance. It can show website traffic, Google Search Console data, search visibility, SEO opportunities, content performance, connected account status, and generated reports for websites Studio Lemon manages or supports.
The dashboard is intended to support reporting and decision-making. It does not replace the source platforms, your own records, or professional advice tailored to a specific business decision.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for using the dashboard only for your organization. Do not share access with people who are not authorized by your organization or Studio Lemon. Tell Studio Lemon promptly if an account should be added, removed, or disabled, or if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Connected services and client data
The dashboard may connect to services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO data providers when those connections are configured for a client website. You confirm that you have the authority to connect those properties and allow Studio Lemon to process the resulting reporting data for the services agreed with your organization.
Data shown in the dashboard depends on third-party availability, permissions, sampling, tracking configuration, and API limits. Studio Lemon works to present useful and accurate reporting, but source platform changes or incomplete tracking can affect what appears.
6. Acceptable use
Use the dashboard lawfully and only for internal client reporting. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, access another client's data, interfere with the service, scrape or overload the application, upload malicious content, reverse engineer the service, or use the dashboard to violate any third-party platform terms.
7. Availability and changes
Studio Lemon may improve, change, suspend, or retire parts of the dashboard as client needs, source platform APIs, or security requirements change. Planned maintenance and occasional interruptions may occur. Studio Lemon will handle support and availability according to the agreement with your organization.
8. Intellectual property
Studio Lemon and its licensors retain ownership of the dashboard, code, design, workflows, and generated interface. Your organization retains ownership of its websites, brand assets, and client data, subject to the rights needed for Studio Lemon to provide the agreed services.
9. Ending access
Studio Lemon may remove or restrict access when a user is no longer authorized, when a client agreement ends, when security requires it, or when these terms are breached. Data retention and export are handled under the agreement with your organization and applicable law.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms or dashboard access can be sent to your Studio Lemon contact or to info@studiolemon.nl.
